Refund and Returns Policy

We will only cover the cost of exchanges or refunds in cases where an error has been made on our part, and this must be substantiated with evidence provided by the customer. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for instances where a customer has simply changed their mind. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the purchased item is found to be defective. If your product arrives damaged, we will refund the amount or provide an exchange, provided that you provide a complete, uncut, unfiltered, and unedited video proof from the moment you open the package until the end. Without this proof, Jewelverse cannot proceed with a refund. Claims will only be considered if accompanied by this video evidence.

Please note that we will not consider refunds or exchanges for issues related to size.

Conditions for a refund:
    • You must provide an unboxing video that starts from the moment you receive the package, including showing the name, address sheet, and order receipt.
    • The video must be unfiltered, unedited, and without any cuts.
    • This video proof must be sent via email within 24 hours of receiving the order. Refunds will not be processed if this deadline is exceeded.
    • Refunds will only cover the cost of the product itself, excluding shipping charges.
    • The exchange of damaged products will depend on product availability. If the product is unavailable, you may wait for it to restock or request a refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • No refunds or cancellations will be initiated while the order is in transit.
    • Refunds or cancellations will not be initiated in cases of delivery delays, as we have no control over courier services.
    • Refunds or cancellations will not be initiated if the order is processed as usual.
      Exceptions to our return and exchange policy include:
    • Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Sale items are non-refundable.
    • If we are responsible for a mistake, and proof is provided, we will cover shipping charges up to ₹80.
    No refunds or exchanges will be provided for products that have been used.
    • If a package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Jewelverse will not be responsible and will not initiate any refunds.
    • If a prepaid order is rejected by the customer at the time of delivery, jewelverse will not provide any refunds.
      IMPORTANT: If a package is returned to us due to a customer’s fault (e.g., wrong or incomplete address/contact details, failure to pick up the parcel, or rejection), only 50% of the product’s amount will be refunded within 10-15 days after the parcel reaches us. For reshipping, shipping charges of ₹80 must be paid again. Please note that if a customer fails to report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the products, no refunds or exchanges will be initiated. In the event that a parcel is returned for any reason, the cost of reshipping the parcel, ₹80, must be paid again.
